Posters
Information for authors of accepted posters
Poster numbers RP1xx will be presented at Poster Session 1. Poster session 1 will take place on Monday, July 31, from 3:30 PM until 5:00 PM, during coffee break. Posters for the first session should be set up during registration or lunch break on Monday, July 30, and removed by 6 PM on Tuesday, August 01.
Poster numbers RP2xx will be presented at Poster Session 2. Poster session 2 will take place on Wednesday, August 02, from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM, during coffee break. Posters for the second session should be set up in the morning of Wednesday, August 02, and removed by 6 PM on Thursday, August 03.
Poster dimensions: 0,90m wide x 1,30m high - standard A0 size
The posters can be attached with double-faced or duct tape or, if they have banners and/or ropes, they can be attached with hooks. Please bring your own material to attach your poster. There will be a limited supply onsite - we will supply the hooks for the posters that will be hung instead of taped.
